RWJF 2018 Culture of Health Prize Call for Applications

The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF) has announced a call for application for its 2018 Culture of Health Prize. The deadline for applications is November 3rd. This annual award is a competition honoring communities that “have placed a priority on health and are creating powerful partnerships and deep commitments to provide everyone with the opportunity to live well.” Winning communities will receive $25,000 and have the opportunity to share their story and lessons learned with the country.
