PPOR USER CONSULTATION

Tuesday, December 8th 2009, 1:00 - 4:30pm

If you have utilized the Perinatal Periods of Risk Approach in a community setting, we want to learn from your experience! If you or someone from your community who has been involved with PPOR will be attending the 2009 MCH EPI Conference in Tampa, please consider arranging your travel schedule to allow you to attend this PPOR User Consultation. Participants will have the opportunity to share:

- How PPOR was used in your community.
- Limitations you have experienced in using PPOR that could be addressed in training workshops.
- Other ways that CityMatCH could address limitations and support your efforts to reduce infant mortality (e.g. resources on the web.)
