BECOME AN ASSOCIATE MEMBER

As an Associate Member, you will receive updates and publications from CityMatCH including CityLights quarterly, and NewsBriefs e-mail bi-weekly to keep you up-to-date on maternal and child health issues. Associate Membership is extended to all who are interested in Maternal and Child Health and meet one of the following criteria.

  1. You are not associated with a health department.
  2. You belong to a health department in a city with population less than 100,000 in a state that already has at least one member representative.
  3. You belong to a health department that is already represented.

If you belong to a health department in a city over 100,000 which is not represented by our current membership, your health department may be eligible for regular membership. Please contact the head of your MCH department before proceeding. If you are interested in, and eligible for Associate Membership, please fill out the form below.
