Provide guidance and oversight for CityMatCH activities related to:
- Board Governance
- Membership
- Organizational Direction
Current Areas of Focus
- Assure CityMatCH is reaching and serving its core constituency
- Assure that current and potential member health departments have identified appropriate leaders to represent them
- Engage the targeted participation of seasoned leaders and other contributors
Member Benefits
- Interacting and networking with skilled national MCH professionals
- Providing direction and leadership to CityMatCH
- Learning new skills and enhancing current skills in leadership development, organizational structure, and design
Member Expectations
- Participate in all sponsored OE activities, such as conference calls
- Provide assessments, feedback, and evaluative data
- Shape CityMatCH's strategic structure and design
