Mission
Provide capacity-building education and training services, technical support and peer exchange to our CityMatCH members, organizations, and leaders.
Current Areas of Focus
  1. Developing and enhancing the Contra Costa County Life Course Toolkit to be housed on the CityMatCH website
  2. Shaping opportunities to connect family planning and MCH
  3. Developing new training initiatives, such as data use capacity building trainings
Member Benefits
  1. Interacting and networking with skilled national MCH professionals
  2. Shaping the education and training opportunities offered by CityMatCH
  3. Increasing knowledge and understanding of MCH issues affecting programs and leaders
Member Expectations
  1. Participate in all sponsored ETAG activities (monthly conference calls, annual conference)
  2. Share feedback, products, results, and experiences between calls
  3. Help shape, implement, and evaluate CityMatCH educational and training initiatives
  4. Make contributions and provide feedback on the development of materials and best practices related to education and training
  5. Translate research and science into local public health practice
